2. For storage tanks that store flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive and other media, the relevant regulations on the management of dangerous goods should be strictly implemented.

3. Before the inspection and repair of the storage tank, the power supply of the electrical equipment related to the storage tank must be cut off, and the equipment handover procedures must be handled.

4. After the internal medium of the storage tank is exhausted, the inlet and outlet valves should be closed or a blind plate should be added to isolate the pipelines and equipment connected to it, and there should be obvious isolation signs.

5. For storage tanks containing flammable, corrosive, toxic, or asphyxiating media, they must be replaced, neutralized, disinfected, cleaned, etc., and analysis and inspection should be carried out after treatment. The analysis results should meet the relevant specifications and standards. . Air replacement is strictly prohibited for those with flammable media.

6. In-tank operations must apply for an in-tank operation permit. If the operation is interrupted for a long time for some reason, the in-tank work permit should be re-issued.

7. Take a sample for analysis 30 minutes before entering the tank, and the oxygen content is between 18-23% (volume ratio).

8. When entering the tank to clean up toxic and corrosive residues, wear personal protective equipment.

9. The scaffolding and lifting devices that need to be built must be firm and reliable. It is strictly forbidden to throw materials and tools inside and outside during the operation to ensure safe operation.

10. The lighting in the tank should use explosion-proof lamps with a voltage not exceeding 24.

11. When hot fire is required in the tank, a hot fire certificate must be obtained.

12. A guardian must be set up for operations in the tank, and there must be reliable contact measures.

13. When the construction is completed, the maintenance personnel and the guardians will jointly inspect the inside and outside of the tank. After confirmation, the guardian can close each manhole only after the guardian signs the operation certificate in the tank.

14. When the water is released after the pressure test, it must be connected to the atmosphere to prevent vacuuming.
