What is the role of pressure vessel in Qingying petrochemical equipment?

It refers to a closed device that contains gas or liquid and carries a certain pressure. Storage and transportation vessels, reaction vessels, heat exchange vessels and separation vessels are all pressure vessels. In order to distinguish it from general vessels (atmospheric pressure vessels), only vessels that satisfy the following three conditions are called pressure vessels:

(1) The medium contained is gas, liquefied gas and liquid whose maximum working temperature is higher than or equal to its standard boiling point.

(2) The product of working pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 2.5MPa-L (volume, refers to the geometric volume of the pressure vessel);

(3) The working pressure (Note 1) is greater than or equal to 0.1Mpa (working pressure refers to the highest pressure (gauge pressure) that the top of the pressure vessel may reach under normal working conditions);

Pressure vessels are used for a wide variety of purposes. It is an equipment that plays an important role in various sectors of the national economy such as petrochemical industry, energy industry, scientific research and military industry. The pressure vessel generally consists of six major parts, such as cylinder body, head, flange, sealing element, opening and connecting pipe, and support, which constitute the container body. In addition, it is also equipped with safety devices, meters and internal parts to complete the functions of different production processes. Due to the reasons of sealing, bearing pressure and medium, pressure vessels are prone to explosion, combustion and fire, which endanger the safety of personnel, equipment and property, and pollute the environment. All countries in the world regard it as an important supervisory inspection product, and the specialized agency designated by the state conducts supervision, inspection and technical inspection in accordance with the regulations and standards stipulated by the state.
